New South BBQ was born over fifteen years ago in the confines of a quaint Georgia town known for authentic Southern barbecue. It was here, under the sweltering summer sun and with our friends and family, that our secret recipe took shape. After perfecting this secret barbecue sauce, New South BBQ began with the release of our original Dawg's Sauce.

An instant hit, Dawg's Sauce became a requirement for any serious grill-master... a right of passage for true barbecue connoisseurs and the like. Word spread like wildfire, and soon after Dawg's Sauce was showing up at tailgates and kitchens throughout the state – from Athens to Atlanta to Savannah to Columbus.

With it's popularity came a demand for even more sauces to satisfy the taste buds of our fans. New South BBQ answered with Dawg's Bite barbecue sauce, a step up from the original Dawg Sauce with a blend of spices to give it the needed kick so many had been searching for.

With the temperature and market share rising, many a sweet Georgia peach started requesting a specialty sauce to satisfy their sweet tooth. Now we all know how convincing a Southern belle can be, and so we answered once again with our award-winning Spicy Honey BBQ sauce, the perfect blend of sweetness and spice.

Always willing to help out a damsel in distress, we felt it was our duty to please the many 'Carolina girls' (and boys) who had supported us along the way, and so began the quest for the perfect mustard-based barbecue sauce. Soon after, we emerged from our country kitchen with the ideal blend of flavors for our one-of-a-kind Carolina Style barbecue sauce.

Today, New South BBQ continues to woo the crowds at football tailgates and backyards throughout the South with our flavorful barbecue sauces. Enjoy them on ribs, chicken, pork, gator tails, or anything else that may need a dip!
